Why The License You Choose Matters

Image Description:

An image showing a Neurone with a callout of the Myelin Sheath and Synapse.

The nerve cell has a nerve centre or soma. Electronic messages come to Soma along the importing branches or Dendrites and continue along the exporting branches or axons. The axons are surrounded by nerve support cells (Schwann cells), which are high in fat, myelin. These axon sheaths accelerate the message. The message moves from one cell to another at synapses. The axon end releases the neurotransmitter. The neurotransmitter generates an action potential in the next nerve cell or affects the function of a muscle or gland cell.
